I was walking on the street alone, thinking of what should be done, what shouldnt be done, if did stg which is not supposed not to be done, den what is the solution to the bad consequences.
My ex- supervisor used to tel me, collection is managing customer's expectation.
If custmer expect you not to cal, but u keep calling, he may get upset & this is where complaints come in.
If customer expect you to call, but u did not, he may get upset too and expect some fees to be waived off.
I was thinking can love be measured like this too?
Maybe.
Tomorrow gotta be a busy day again, perhaps workload can help me to make my mind really tired.

Went Langkawi cameron wit bf, paid my credit card payment using myself salary for the first time.

Went for work, wait for lunch, wait for dinner, wait OT to be over, travel home, online check daily updates, talk wit bf on fon, sleep.
Wake up, Routine again.
Until when only Im able to change this routine? No idea.
Its very hard to change stg which is already set up in your life.
Decision are hard to make.

Sacrifices? wish so, only when you are able to face the emotion when sacrificing.
Therefore, wats the conclusion? No conclusion.

Im sorry tht I have abandoned you for a while.
You know, Im jz so busy in working, sleeping is my only hobby now :)
So, its a brand new year, year of Ox.

Alright for me myself, Im stil working for OCBC, under probation n 3 more mths to go.
Well, hows my job recently? for my coursemates, i tink all of them know wats my job regarding. hmm..collection officer, or so call legal loan shark by customers.
All i need to do is collect debts, wow risk management (ew!)
Dont want complaint so much about my job in the 1st day of cny la, wat i wish is I do really hope to have a really smooth year in my career (not so much complaint frm customers pls!! )

Im glad that Im stil alive after tortured by vr vr vr annoying Singaporean, and there is stil a vr long way to go I know, I will nt gv up easily (tho i like to mumble alot, I know, but I jz want to make myself balance abit ma haih)
For a happier life, I decided to make myself really balance, work hard and play hard *smug*
get a toffee nut latte and sit in Starbucks wit coliks after work, talking bout demanding customers, ways to pint them down, 有我讲没有你讲, hmph.
1 more month to go, my very favourite day is coming.
Im stil dreaming of staying in a snowing country =(
